Which documents are printed?
Employees of enterprises constantly have to havedealing with various documents. Some of them must necessarily be stamped with a seal, some not. It is important to know what documents are put on the seal in order to avoid unpleasant missteps in the work. The main seal of the company must be put on documents with the signature of the first persons: the head, deputy head, and also the chief accountant.
Also at the enterprise there can be auxiliaryprinting. They are necessary in order to certify the signatures of heads of various departments, departments or departments in the enterprise. It is important that the name of the unit in the structure of the organization and on the press be the same, for example, "Credit Management" or "Personnel Department".

- Any accounting documents with confirmation of the passage of funds.
This is a very approximate list, which is not includeddocuments of the structural divisions of the enterprise, on which an impression of the seal is necessary, which must be taken into account when forming the internal rules of the enterprise.
