The design documentation of the fourth bridge across the Ob was evaluated by the “stress test”December 14, 2015
The Federal Road Construction Agency has conducted a "stress test" of the project of the next crossing of the Ob. Upon the test, an opinion was issued that states that the project is highly ready for development according to the public-private partnership scheme. At all points of the test, competent experts were evaluated, and the project received very good results. Officially, the test was announced by the Head of the Ministry of Transport of the Novosibirsk Region, Sergey Titov.
The essence of the test was to ensure that projects were modeled according to the Plato system in order to ascertain financial profitability indicators, as well as build a model for the implementation of the project with a view to further correct implementation without legislative violations.Also, there was a procedure for finding risks during construction and changes were made that will allow all the work to be done as smoothly as possible.
The experts at the test were representatives of various levels of the Ministry of Transport and departments for work in the field of public-private partnership. In addition to the project of the Obskoy Bridge, other projects were considered: the bridge over the r. Chusovaya and laying a detour around Izhevsk.
But, during the voting for the project to be implemented, the said bridge across the Ob received a majority of 62%. Official information was made public by the press service of the regional authorities. According to them, the seriousness of the project can be easily estimated by the number of votes that were given for its implementation. This should have a good impact on the receipt of state grants for the project.
It is worth recalling that the regional authorities plan to collect the budget for the construction of the facility thanks to private contributions, as well as upon receipt of a grant from the state. Pre-cost bridge should be more than 30 million rubles. The crossing will connect the Hippodrome Highway and Labor Square on opposite sides of the river.
During the construction of the bridge structure will be widely used threaded connection.For proper sealing of such compounds, anaerobic adhesives and sealants that are known for their quality and long service life will be used.
