After that, the dough needs to be kneaded, adding another 500 grams of flour, diluting it with water so that the dough is not very steep. After that, a bowl of dough should be covered with a towel and put to wander in a warm place. Fermentation can last several hours. And the dough will be ready, when by volume it will increase twice and on it there will be bubbles. After that, put the dough on a cutting board and cut into pieces of 300 g. Each piece should be shaped like a ball and covered with a napkin. In the middle, the thickness of the flat cake should not be more than 0.5 centimeters, and the edges - 2 centimeters. In the center of the tortillas, you need to make several punctures with a fork. Before you put a cake in a tandoor, it should be heated for 15 minutes, after which you need to put the cakes on Rapida, lightly moisten with salt water and put in the oven. Once the products are browned, they must be taken out of the oven and cooled.

The recipe for tortillas on herbal decoction

To prepare an Uzbek cake, the following ingredients will be needed:

  • Herbs: quinoa, mint leaves, shepherd's bag, horse sorrel, dandelion, spinach, portolac, greens onions and garlic
  • 30 gr. fresh yeast
  • 1 kg of flour
  • salt

Before baking a cake for this recipeyou need to prepare a herbal decoction. For its preparation it is necessary to take one part of the swans, mint leaves, shepherd's bag, horse sorrel, dandelion, spinach, portalak, greens onions and garlic, skip their meat grinder and pour the resulting forcemeat with a liter of warm water. After that, the infusion should be filtered and based on it, knead the dough, exactly the same as in the first version, but instead of water, use the infusion. After the dough rises, it should be divided into pieces of 300 grams, roll the balls out of them, cover them with a napkin and let it brew for 15 minutes. After that, from the balls you need to make flat breads of 1.5 cm thick and prick them with a fork. Bake them in tandoor until browned. Now you know how to make cakes and pamper them with your relatives.
