Now rub on a large grater hard cheese and evenly sprinkle potatoes. By the way, 200 grams - the amount is very conditional. If you like cheese, you can take more - to paraphrase a well-known saying, you can not spoil the potatoes with cheese.

Potatoes baked in microwave oven
Of course, a microwave oven is more suitable forcooking such dishes as, for example, mashed potatoes or potatoes as a side dish, however, baked potatoes can turn out to be very delicious in the microwave, only to cook it in a special way. To do this, we take raw uncleaned potatoes, as follows, washing it and drying it.
After that, we take special dishes formicrowave ovens and put on its bottom a clean linen or cotton towel. In principle, if the towels are a pity, a packet of thick paper is also suitable. Now we spread on the towel or in a bag, the dried potatoes in the peel, but before that each potato must be pierced in several places with a fork. Next, close the potatoes with a towel and put in the microwave for 5 minutes.
After that, we take out the container (see - notburn!) and turn the potatoes on the other side - you can just turn them in a towel or in a bag without opening it. Take the pot with the potatoes back into the microwave and cook for another 5 minutes.
It is worth adding that we took the average time. So, if the potatoes are large, the time can and even need to be increased to 7-10 minutes, or cook, making two sets for each side (total 4 visits with a total duration of 20 minutes).
Now we pull out the potatoes - it can already be eaten. To taste, salt, add herbs (dill, parsley, onions) or even lemon juice, if you like.
Potatoes baked in the sleeve
Potatoes in the sleeve have long been considered one of thethe best side dishes for meat and poultry. For its preparation, take a kilogram of potatoes, vegetable oil (3 tablespoons), garlic (2 slices), greens (on a sprig of dill and parsley), carrots and onions (one at a time). You can also add 2 tablespoons seasoning for potatoes and salt to taste.
Now you need to wash the potatoes with carrots,clean them and cut them in circles. Next, we clean the onion and cut it into thin rings or semirings (as you like). Then you need to add all the vegetables in one bowl and add the seasoning and vegetable oil, then add salt and mix it thoroughly.
Now add the resulting mixture to the sleeve forbaking and put in the oven. Bake the potatoes for an hour at a temperature of about 180 degrees. During this time, it is necessary to cut finely the greens with garlic, which are mixed and, as soon as the potatoes are ready, we put them into the cut sleeve. After this, it is necessary to cover the sleeve and give the potatoes 10 minutes to soak it soaked with herbs and garlic. That's all - our garnish is ready!
