How is comma separated "accordingly"?
"Accordingly" can be an introductory word,expressing the evidence of the consequences of what is happening, and by the value of it can be equated to "hence, hence." In this case, "respectively" is separated by commas. In this case, it can easily move in the sentence without violating its semantic meaning, regardless of where it is located:
- "He devoted much time to the project. Increased, respectively, and his experience. "
- "He devoted much time to the project. Accordingly, his experience also increased. "
- "He devoted much time to the project. His experience also increased, respectively. "
When "accordingly" acts as an adverb,in meaning it can be equated to the value of "correspondingly".
