Housing and communal services of the Moscow region owed more than 4 billion rubles to energy supplying companiesFebruary 14, 2018
On behalf of the Governor of the Moscow Region Boris Gromov, the heads of municipalities should actively address the problem of the debt of housing and utilities enterprises to energy suppliers. Currently, the total amount of debts exceeds 4 billion rubles, the head of the region reported.
Recently, the governor of the region held a meeting where they discussed the results of the work of the housing and communal services of the Moscow region during the 2011-2012 heating season and the tasks for preparing for the next heating season. The meeting was attended by heads of municipalities, heads of housing and communal services, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services for the Moscow region, Valery Shkurov, as well as Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Zhidkin.
At the initiative of the regional government, a housing and utilities project and an energy economy were prepared for the 2012-2013 heating season, so it is necessary to actively address the problem of housing and utility companies' debt to energy suppliers, the regional governor emphasized in his speech.
The share of outstanding gas debt accounts for more than one billion rubles. Housing and public utilities enterprises of Dmitrovsky, Kashirsky, Egoryevsky, Voskresensky, Serpukhov, Podolsky, Sergiyevo-Posadsky districts, as well as urban districts Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Dubna and Balashikha, most of all owed most of the debts, the head of the region added.
In the present conditions, the design of heating is carried out according to pre-designed projects. As energy saving in the country is paid more and more attention, heating design is trusted only to serious firms with experienced employees.
