First of all, we take chicken breast, it is better for such a salad, if you get not frozen, but cooled, slightly sprinkle it with black and red pepper and add salt, then let it lie down and soak
Cooking crackers, take a loaf, I recommend using a baguette for this purpose and so that it is not soft, but slightly aged.
Cut into small pieces, the croutons should turn out crispy on top, and soft inside, for this we fry them in a pan
Pour some olive oil into the pan, cut into thin slices 1 large clove of garlic and put it in the pan, set on fire to fry
This must be done in order to give the oil a garlic aroma, which will then be soaked with croutons.
After the oil is saturated with garlic aroma, we remove the garlic plastics and spread the bread, fry it on all sides on high heat, so that a fried crust appears on top, and inside they are soft.
This is an important component of the salad, so you need to cook them correctly.
Now we prepare chicken, of course, in a classic recipe, this component is absent, but nevertheless, it is very often used to make the salad tastier, more satisfying, and such recipes have in most cases been considered classic
Cut the breast into thin strips about 5 cm long, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces on all sides, about 15 minutes until ready
As a rule, for this dish use leaves of salad "Romano", "Lettuce" or "Iceberg", but not always those can be found in the store, and for the price they are not the cheapest, so we use Beijing cabbage leaves, they are juicy, crispy.
Remove a few leaves, wash and dry
Not unimportant ingredient is the sauce, we will not look for a suitable one in the trade, but prepare it ourselves
In a salad bowl, we squeeze the juice of half a lemon, about 3-4 tablespoons, add mayonnaise, to taste black pepper, half a tablespoon of mustard, if you have sweet mustard, you can put a whole spoon, you can squeeze 1 small clove of garlic through the garlic; to give a light garlic flavor
Stir thoroughly with a whisk, the sauce turns thick, to make it a more liquid consistency, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well again, the sauce turns out beautiful and fragrant

Now we collect the salad, take the dish and rub it with a slice of garlic, wring cabbage leaves into medium pieces with our hands and place them on the surface of the dish.
On top of a thin stream, mesh, put the sauce so that it fell on each piece of cabbage
