Application of the Kemerovo region to participate in the program of the housing and utilities fundNovember 19, 2017
Kemerovo region has applied for participation in the program implemented by the housing and utilities fund. In its application, the region requests about 7 million rubles for the overhaul of the housing stock and the resettlement of dilapidated and emergency housing this year, the housing and utilities fund reports. Part of the funds will be spent on such materials as interior doors mario rioli, plastic windows and much more.
The allocated funds will be directed to the overhaul of houses in Novokuznetsk and Leninsk-Kuznetsky urban districts, the report says. In the period from 2008 to 2012, the Kemerovo Region received about 8 billion rubles from the housing and public utilities fund for the implementation of the program for the overhaul of the housing stock and the relocation of citizens from emergency housing. As part of co-financing from the regional budget, almost 3 billion rubles were allocated for the same purposes.
At the expense of funds allocated in the region, overhaul of 3.527 thousand apartment buildings was carried out. Thus, 479,838 thousand people improved their living conditions. Apartments in new homes received 11,737 thousand people who previously lived in 753 emergency houses.
Within a month, the housing and utilities fund should consider the application of the Kemerovo region. The Housing and Utilities Reform Fund was created for the implementation of the federal program for the resettlement of emergency and dilapidated housing, as well as for the overhaul of the housing stock at the regional level in all regions of the Russian Federation. The participants of this program are presented with a number of requirements, which should correspond to the reform of the industry.
